Launch of the GS01, the world’s first wireless infrared (IR) gas detector for safety applications.
2013
First offshore installation on Statoil Gullfaks C platform.
2014
GasSecure secures the first major order for > 100 pcs GS01 for use in tank farms.
2015
GasSecure completes SIL2 certification of the GS01 wireless gas detector.

GasSecure is acquired by Dräger.
2016
GasSecure introduces the GS01-EA a wireless IR gas detector with extendable antenna.
